Yes. It's like we all have wars, how we fight them defines us.

Often wondered how the world would respond if the Palestinians started walking toward the border like Gandhi's supporters did and took the beatings.

But then, I remember Palestinians doing so and being felled by head shots. Lot of kids too.

Only thing I can figure out is that the US is so symbiotically tethered to its nuclear armed deputy sheriff, that the constant harangue of 'Never Again', the work of AIPAC, and I guess the strategic need for Arab disunity, means that the US accepts the collateral damage Israel visits upon the Palestinians.

In the very same manner the US visited death and destruction upon Iraq and Afghanistan, and to a lesser extent Syria.

Jesus, the US just sent 'bunker buster' bombs to Israel, the very same ones that the US dropped on Bagdad civilians, none of whom, including their fearless leader, had anything to do with 9-11.

I fully get that Empires see no need for irony, let alone understand the importance of transparency, but AG Merrick Garland's recent big statement that 4 Russians will be charged under US law for torturing a US citizen, made me scratch my head.

Have any US Palestinians, or US UN workers, been killed by Israel's actions? And if so, will any in the Israeli military be charged under the same law?
