It's happening in Western China, where minority Uyghurs are indeed imprisoned in concentration camps, where perhaps, forced labour is the goal, Han racism and Islamophobia the impetus.

And currently such crimes are indeed happening...in India, the Sudan, Ethiopia and Azerbaijan readily come to mind...to say nothing of what is happening ito Myanmar's Rohingya.

And genocide's oft progenitor?

Ethnic cleansing. No country, no matter how horrific its past trauma is posited as excuse, is immune.
