I am used to complex issues being discussed using complex language and not simplistic memes, ergo my use of the ‘Am sick of the virtue signalling’ and not ‘we are sick.’

IOW, discussions on racism and its diabolical underpinnings, based as it is on the inequitable distribution and maintenance of wealth, upon which the US Constitution appears to be based, and further inculcated through the Bible and its adherents, should have elevated dialogue and not denigrating diatribe.

That’s how most people inspire other people to compassion. I mean Martin Luther King Jr. did not use simplistic memes or minimizing labels and his language is and was beautifully crafted.
