When all the unmarked graves were found, there were calls to not celebrate Canada Day because, as one Member of our Canadian Parliament openly stated in The House of Commons, 'Canada is a racist country.'

Missing of course the irony in that the Leader of the Opposition no less, was a religious Sikh, wearing his turban in said building.

Not that I give a damn about that except that religion and politics should not mix, I'd be just as upset with a gold crucifix.

But really, a racist country has citizens who elected a visible minority to Parliament?

What I did give a damn about was his ignorance of what this country has tried to do to atone for the sins of our ancestors.
