Nothing democratic about a theocratic fringe group advocating and allowing 'settlers' to occupy captured territory, imprison children, hold Palestinian bodies in morgues, make arbitrary arrests meant to intimidate, try Israelis in civil courts and Palestinian accused in military courts.

My country Canada is a democracy.

If we tried any of the above, and targeted journalists, and shot children and broke international laws, countless times, we would NOT be, nor should we be, able to engage in such a farce as to dare to call ourselves a democracy.

It would be laughable if it were not so tragic.
