Maybe just maybe one of the answers can be found by taking a look at the times when Muslim Moors, Jews and Christians all worked together and had respect for each other during the Caliphate of Cordoba in Spain.
Because they worked together!
Sure, the Muslims had ultimate control but the old adage of the people are nothing without their Caliph, and the Caliph was nothing without his people, must have been the paramount mantra.
We are being poorly led to the point that economic issues are lost as different 'colours' fight and scrabble for the scraps of wealth under the feast table of life.
One avenue of approach to fighting such overt over-generationizations like 'the inherent evils of whiteness' is to no longer ignore what white people have done to end the bondage that endured long after emancipation.
Another is to celebrate those gains...much of which happened with white folks' help.
Sure, tell the stories of 1619, but don't ignore the underground railroad, the abolitionists, the Quakers and those people who also fought to end slavery and its still painful legacy.
For instance, don't ignore the 60-80,000 White people who marched with MLK Jr. during his March for Freedom and Jobs in 1963.
IOW: Thank White people for their help in the past. Ask White people to help again, not label them with insulting epithets.
Now that's a really good motivating modality.
The pedantic lecturing of shame and blame will only solidify resentment and push many white people into the waiting arms of those who would further divide us.
