Maybe he wanted her to be buried in a grave he could visit. Some people can't get past cremation...it's too final.

Of course, it's not his decision. The family chose cremation.

Now, they will never know where her body is and if it is indeed in a grave.

I'd attach a GPS tracker to his car. Follow him for a year. I'm sure he'd lead them to the grave.

Or if this is really really sick...God knows what he did with her body.
