Add in compromised nation-wide computer systems with programs installed and information stored in St. Petersburg, and FBI, DHS et al agents compromised, and faulty information and communications from embedded personnell altered, then you've got a civil war coming down the line.

"One employed to associate with suspected persons and by pretending sympathy with their aims to incite them to some incriminating action."

The intelligence failures primarily belong to these agencies:

1. Department of Justice (DOJ)/ Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)

2. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

3. Department of Defense (DOD)

4. Department of Energy (DOE)

5. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

6. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS

7. DHS

8. Capitol Police

And all of them were hacked.
