Most Presidents have sources, the CIA, State Department to name but a few, which alert their Commander-in-Chief about the reliability of another nation's 'intel'.

The fact that Biden either forgot his Sun Tzu, 'all war is deception', or he willingly went along with the propaganda with a bear hug...or even worse, Biden was purposely mislead by his own staff.
