Just D:
Hitler's Mein Kampf. My struggle? A favourite?
No, but I did, when getting my degree in History, read it.
If one wishes to be better informed, one must read the bad with the good.
However, it's still a good look into what happens to a fanatic when he denies any and all accountability for his situation in life, and then projects that onto the inhuman 'others', the Untermenschen: the Jews and the Slavs.
Carl Jung called such transference, a shadow projection.
Even worse?
Hitler encouraged millions of his people to engage in such thinking, and then enact it.
I saw the resulting horror when I visited Vag Vashem and to a lesser extent Dachau...Dachau was too clean, too sanitized.
IOW, nations, like Israel and what is left of Palestine, can engage in the same kind of thinking.
Starts with dehumanization. Hitler used rats or vermin to describe Slavs and Jews and communists...some of Israel's politicians are using the same vernacular: cockroaches, and a cancer are just two recent favourites.
And how about Netanyahu citing the Biblical destruction of Amalek, what it's a holy war now?
"Amalek’, a nation in the Hebrew Bible that the Israelites were ordered to wipe out in an act of revenge. '
Lastly, Hamas' attack, code-named 'Operation Jericho Wall' was know to the IDF for a year.
"The approximately 40-page document, which the Israeli authorities code-named “Jericho Wall,” outlined, point by point, exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people. Dec 2, 2023."

And Egypt warned Netanyahu days before the attack.

Lastly, JUST D:
I'd be worried enough of such Israeli 'leaders' to do a bit more reading of the books I recommended, and then read up on some Jung and the dangers of shadow projection.
Best.
