But then again millions were prepared to believe Ms. Markel by The Bachelorette, or Big Brother or Housewifes or even Frozen's Elsa.

What's really frightening is that daring to use one's common sense and question a poorly articulated or unbelievable series of statements immediately relegates one to the racist trash heap usually reserved for Plantation Overseers.

Dear me, the fact that talking heads, like Piers Morgan and now it would appear Sharon Osbourne, can be cancelled for daring to question the new orthodoxy, that one must always believe the self-anointed victim, is proof that critical thinking has become the new heresy.
