Stunned me when I also learned this, so much so that my thoughts took a dark turn about Oct. 7th...when the much touted 'greatest' surveillance/spy system' in the world, was somehow caught with its pants down.

Despite having Hamas plans for a year, multiple warnings from Egypt, satellite footage of Gaza open air training facilities, to say nothing of US intelligence sharing (about which we know nothing), the greatest terrorist attack against Jews since the Holocaust still happened.
